This year’s A Taste of C-CAP Virtual Gala will be hosted by our longtime co-chair and celebrity chef, Marcus Samuelsson. We will honor Carla Hall for her work to mentor and support our students and alumni. Miss traveling? We will also have celebrity chefs from each of our six locations mix, cook or bake up a signature spring dish, including Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger from Los Angeles, Jerome Grant from DC, Beau MacMillan from Phoenix, Ange Branca from Philadelphia, Diana Dávila from Chicago, and Aarón Sánchez and Lay Alston from New York. During the event, you’ll also get to hear about the impact of C-CAP’s work including the crucial shifts we’ve made during the pandemic. At the end of the event, we’ll be launching an exciting online auction.
