We’re kicking off 2021 exploring cozy, Dominican classics with Chef Betty Pena! Join this C-CAP and Momofuku alum for a virtual cookalong on Thursday, January 28th from 7:00-8:00 pm Eastern Time. We’ll cook up:
- Sofrito, a fragrant blend of herbs and spices used to season countless dishes.
- Pernil, a slow-roasted marinated pork leg or pork shoulder.
- Mojo, a flavor-boosting topping for your Pernil
Participants will make the recipe alongside Betty. Because Pernil requires overnight marination, consider this class your prep for dinner the following day!
The class does not include the price of ingredients, which you must purchase on your own. You will receive the recipe, list of ingredients, equipment list, and Zoom link for the class upon purchasing a ticket.
