This C-CAP Philadelphia event featured a takeaway tapas menu of a 4-course meal paired with a 4-pack of Triple Bottom’s beer. Jacob Trinh and Gigi Nuñez, two talented C-CAP alumni created the wonderful tasting menu.
A special thank you to Triple Bottom and Chef Ange Branca of Sate Kampar for making this event a reality. Chef Ange helped curate this event and menu while mentoring our alums to make sure their dishes were perfect. Our alums cooked dishes from their heritage.
The Triple Bottom Supper Club brings people together joyfully and safely to share in unique dining experiences while also supporting the inspiring work of local organizations dedicated to advancing racial, and economic justice in Philadelphia.
