Honoree Richard Grausman with C-CAP Student and Alumni Volunteers<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n

C-CAP <\/b>hosted its 30<\/b>TH<\/b> Anniversary Grand Tasting Celebration <\/b>on Tuesday, February 25 <\/b>at Pier Sixty \u2013 Chelsea Piers, New York City<\/b>. The event\u00a0 honored C-CAP\u2019s Founder & Chair Emeritus, Richard Grausman and world-renowned baker and restaurant owner, Chef Sarabeth Levine. Chaired by Tim Zagat, the benefit was a resounding success raising over $1.2 million towards C-CAP\u2019s career readiness programs.<\/p>\n
