<\/a>In the face of the COVID-19 crisis, we have pivoted to digital programming, and remain as committed as ever to empowering underserved youth through culinary arts: <\/span><\/p>\n We\u2019ve partnered with the online culinary learning platform Rouxbe<\/a> so that our students can continue their culinary education. Curious about Rouxbe? Reach out to our program directors<\/a> to learn how you can get involved. C-CAP and Rouxbe have worked together before the crisis, and we have brought on schools as they need the software. Rouxbe uses high definition videos, world-class instructors, peer support and interactive assignments<\/span> to teach students techniques and concepts in the kitchen.<\/span><\/p>\n C-CAP Philadelphia<\/a><\/span> and C-CAP Los\u00a0Angeles<\/a> are hosting an on-going virtual \u201cMeet-the-Chef\u201d series on Instagram Live so that students can tune in and learn from nationally-lauded chefs every week. Some of the chef participants have included Monti Carlo (Everything Food, Make This Tonight, & Ramsay Redemption), Ari Miller (Musi), Mykel Winterstine (Punjab Grill), and Sherry Yard (The Great American Baking Show).
