Competition Details<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Competition Timeline:<\/strong> Entry period is from December 1, 2022 to Midnight Pacific Time, February 24th,<\/sup> 2023. Ten Finalists will be announced on March 3rd with the People\u2019s Choice Award votes solicited at that time. The four winners will be announced on March 10th, all on Instagram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Competition Subject<\/strong>: An original healthy main-course salad that reflects your heritage. The salad can be raw or cooked. It can be a composed salad or a free form salad. It can be sweet or savory. It should use seasonal ingredients if possible and be healthy and affordable. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
How to Enter:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
Post three and only three<\/strong> styled photos of your salad to your Instagram account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Include a caption with: the name of the salad, a description of the salad, why you made it, how it reflects your heritage and how and why you chose to style it the way you did. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
