Thank you for everything, wouldn\u2019t be there without you and C-CAP!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At only 25, Chef McQuaid is the executive chef at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.calascottsdale.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cala<\/a>, a Clive Collective restaurant in the new&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/thesennahouse.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Senna House Hotel<\/a>&nbsp;in Scottsdale. He won a scholarship from C-CAP to attend the International Culinary Center in New York City. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After culinary school, McQuaid worked for famed chef Daniel Boulud at his flagship restaurant DANIEL, before returning to Arizona to work with Beau MacMilllan at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain.
