Philadelphia Ignite Benefit

C-CAP Philadelphia’s Ignite Benefit was on November 4th 2019 in the Crystal Tea Room. It was the only event where Philly’s best chefs are paired with Philly’s next generation of chefs. The night included 19 restaurants preparing food with 25 students and 10 alumni. There were also 23 auction items to go towards igniting careers in culinary arts.

The chef line up included Loco Lucho’s Latino Kitchen, Lola, Baology, Community College of Philadelphia, Essen Bakery, Stove & Tap, Constellation, South Jazz Kitchen Creme Brolee, Saté Kampar, Bibou, Night Kitchen Bakery, Weckerly’s, Musi, Pyramid Club and The Culinary Arts Institute of Montgomery County Community College.
