C-CAP’s National Benefit 2024

We’re not fooling! Get ready for the annual C-CAP national benefit on Monday, April 1! Our theme — One World, One Table — will be reflected in the diverse cuisines, chefs and 30+ restaurants taking part in the evening. Connect with our incredible students and alumni while tasting some of the best New York (and beyond!) has to offer–all while raising critical funds to support C-CAP’s impact and expansion.

This year’s honoree is Mary Attea, Executive Chef at The Musket Room, Manhattan’s beloved Michelin-starred restaurant and the Executive Chef/Partner at the newly opened and critically acclaimed Raf’s, a French & Italian bakery and all-day café.

Joining Chef Attea as Benefit Chair is business partneJennifer Vitagliano, owner of The Musket Room and Raf’s. Jennifer is also partner and co-founder of The Duchess, an exclusive retreat, Inn, and biodynamic farm in the Hudson Valley, and a founding member of the New York Hospitality Coalition.
