The C-CAP Philly Pheast

Join us for an evening of food, music, and celebration while overlooking the Philly skyline at the Pyramid Club.
The Pheast kicks off with a cocktail hour featuring live music by the String Theory Choir and Quartest. Take in the spectacular views while feasting on passed hors d’oeuvres by six chefs who are C-CAP alumni. Each chef is paired with their alma mater high school to work with C-CAP students to conceptualize and execute this delicious menu.
Guests will make their way to the dining room where three celebrated Philadelphia chefs are headling the evening and preparing an exquisite multi-course menu — Dionicio Jimenez from Cantina La Martina; Justine Macneil and Ed Crochet from Fiore Fine Foods; and Treley Parsingtsang from White Yak.
Our program includes a silent auction full of culinary experiences and prizes follows but the highlight of the evening is The C-CAP Cooking Competition for Scholarships Award Ceremony! C-CAP students who trained and competed in the 2024 competition will be awarded scholarships to some of the best culinary programs and universities around the country. You may need to grab tissues before tucking into dessert!
