To celebrate Black History Month, C-CAP Co-Chair Marcus Samuelsson takes us on a culinary lesson with two delicious and doable recipes from his acclaimed new cookbook, Rise: Black Cooks and the Soul of American Food.
This Cookalong is a C-CAP fundraiser, which goes towards providing crucial culinary, job and life skills to 15,000 underserved middle and high school students in six locations across the U.S..
