The Event Program
Our star chefs and C-CAP students are preparing a unique and diverse menu that represent the vast array of cuisines in Philly's food culture. The evening begins with a cocktail hour of passed hors d'oeuvres prepared by C-CAP students from six of our partner high schools. A three-course, family-style dinner by our guest chefs follows. Each course is reflects our chefs' cultural perspectives and heritage. Look forward to dishes and flavors that are passports to Poland, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and more! We'll drop additional details about this global menu soon.
After dinner, an array of delicious desserts prepared by C-CAP Students and Alumni follow, along with a silent auction full of culinary/travel experiences and prizes. The Pheast concludes with The Scholarship Awards Ceremony. These C-CAP scholarship recipients are winners of The C-CAP College Scholarship Cooking Competition, so you'll have a chance to see how our programs support the dreams of our students. Every guest leaves with a gift bag full of local goodies too!
