The Careers through Culinary Arts Program’s second annual Full Circle Dinner Benefit at downtown Los Angeles’ Redbird will take place on Thursday, April 25, with a cocktail reception in the spacious lower gardens at 6 p.m., followed by a multi-course, premium-wine-paired, seated dinner and live auction, with guest emcee and auctioneer, Billy Harris, at 7:30 p.m. Chef Neal Fraser of Redbird is the host chef with guest celebrity chefs preparing the meal.
