Julie Fiedler in Shoutout Socal: “I competed in the C-CAP competition my senior year of high school and won a full-tuition scholarship to culinary school. If it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t be as successful as I am today in my industry.”
Jacob Trinh’s soft serve in the Philadelphia Inquirer. “At Càphê Roasters in Kensington, owner Thu Pham and chef Jacob Trinh have been rotating experimental flavors in and out to complement their condensed milk soft-serve, a mainstay at the Vietnamese cafe.”

Get to know our new amazing board member, Heather Molin!
Heather is a Senior Vice President in Wealth Management at UBS. While obtaining her M.B.A in Geneva, Switzerland, Heather discovered her passion for private wealth management. She joined UBS in 2008 after previous positions at Credit Suisse and Lehman Brothers. She was a 3x US National Gymnastics team member (and an alternate for the 1984 Olympics team) and is passionate about volunteering for the Special Olympics. She lives in New York City with her two children.
