The C-CAP Philly Pheast

Attendees dined on the best of Philadelphia’s neighborhoods with a multi-course dinner cooked by 9 award-winning local chefs, live music, and more, in collaboration with Philly’s students and schools — at Philadelphia’s exclusive Pyramid Club.

The cocktail hour featured the String Theory Choir and Quartet and passed hors d’oeuvres created by six chefs who are C-CAP alumni! Each chef was paired with their alma mater high school to work with students to conceptualize and execute the delicious menu.

A three-course seated dinner was followed by a silent auction full of culinary experiences and prizes. Each course was prepared by a celebrated Philadelphia chef, and the evening included the scholarship awards ceremony for The C-CAP Cooking Competition!
